DURBUY SUITES :GENERAL CONDITIONS
General
The guest rooms are owned by Dirk and Candida Hoeben-Cagnoli, and are managed by DURBUY SUITES BV. The manager may be replaced by another host or representative in appropriate cases. These General Conditions / House Rules apply to all users of the Durbuy Suites hotel. With the confirmation of the reservation, these General Conditions take effect. On request, a copy of these General Conditions will be provided to users free of charge. Our hotel is less suitable for (small) children. Private areas may not be entered by hotel guests.
Reservation
When booking, the number of people who will be staying at Durbuy Suites must always be correctly stated.
In the case of an overnight stay with children, the age of the child(ren) must already be stated at the time of the reservation request. Additional beds or cots can always be placed, subject to a supplement. By entering into a rental agreement for your stay, these
The reservation can be made by e-mail or via our online booking system. You will immediately receive a proforma invoice. After payment of the proforma invoice, your reservation is final. The invoice amount must be paid by bank transfer to the account number stated on the invoice or via our payment provider.
If the proforma invoice is not paid, your reservation request will be cancelled without notice.
If the maximum occupancy indicated on the reservation form is exceeded, Durbuy Suites will charge 100% of the current accommodation rate per violation, in addition to the accommodation costs already due.
Rates
Rates include gas, water, electricity, heating, VAT . Additional tourist tax is applicable and is also stated on the invoice. Rates do not include cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs. Rates are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes. All statements on our website are considered to have been made in good faith and are always subject to interim changes. Durbuy Suites is not bound by manifest errors on its website. In the case of a reservation for two people, it is not possible for only one of the two guests to book breakfast.
Cancellation
If you are unfortunate enough not to be able to fulfil the booking made, you should inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the vacant date to a third party.
We maintain a policy of "NOT REFUNDABLE" reservations. In case of a cancellation or no-show, funds will NOT be refunded.
Check-in
Check-in is generally from 15:00 onwards. In consultation with the manager/hostess a different time can be agreed upon. Check-in is preferably before 18:00.
Please let us know at least one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive. That way, there will definitely be someone present and you will not have to wait unnecessarily.
Check-out
You can check out until 11:00 on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, a different check-out time can be agreed in consultation with and after permission from the guest. However, the guideline remains 11:00.
Respect for the neighbours
We kindly ask our guests not to cause any nuisance. All music - and any other kind of noise - must be played at room volume, so as not to disturb other guests and neighbours, and is prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am.
Visitors
If you wish to receive guests, please inform the hostess in advance.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Wellness
The wellness facilities are with PUBLIC use (if included in your rate) except during the privately reserved time slots. As a hotel guest, you can reserve the wellness PRIVATE for 2 hours (according to availability and only with reservation before arrival) for the price of 75.00 euro per person.
The wellness is closed between 23:30 and 08:30
Key management
On arrival, the hostess will give you two keys (room key + front door key) intended for your stay. You are responsible for locking the doors to your accommodation. When checking out, please return the key to the hostess. If one of the keys is lost, we are obliged to charge €50.00.
Bed linen and towels
During your stay, towels and bed linen will be provided and changed as required. The cost of these is included in the price unless other arrangements have been made.
Parking
You can park your car for free in the designated parking spaces at our B&B. Parking is only allowed for the duration of the stay. We are not liable for theft and/or any form of damage to your car. Parking on the grounds at Durbuy Suites is at your own risk.
Smoking
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment/guest house of Durbuy Suites. By agreement, you may smoke on the terrace, provided that others are not disturbed and safety is not compromised. The terrace must remain smoke-free. Misuse of fire extinguishers or disabling the smoke detector is not allowed.
Alcohol and drugs
Alcohol abuse is forbidden, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is forbidden to possess, use and/or deal drugs at Durbuy Suites. It is also strictly forbidden to consume your own brought drinks in the premises of Durbuy Suites.
Internet
Durbuy Suites offers a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting Internet websites of an unlawful nature or inconsistent with the reputation of Durbuy Suites as accommodation provider. In case of detection or suspicion of nuisance of third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, Durbuy Suites has the right, without further notice, to block access to the internet or not completely.
Damage
Durbuy Suites is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft suffered or experienced during your stay at Durbuy Suites.
Should any damage be caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must notify the hostess. The manager is not liable for loss of personal property and personal injury.
Bicycles
It is strictly forbidden to bring bicycles inside the building. If necessary, these can be put at the side of the building. Please discuss this with the manager.
General terms and conditions and house rules in force. The hostess may, in case of violation of these General Conditions / House Rules and in case of inappropriate behaviour, deny and/or refuse guests access to Durbuy Suites with immediate effect, without further notice or reason and without compensation or reimbursement of accommodation expenses.
